I returned to Lucks Food Decorating Company as Product Manager, designed some cute sugars and a few Edible Images, ended up taking over decorating, photo and styling again, ground myself to dust doing the work of three full-time employees, then escaped just in the nick of time. (Lucks since sold to DecoPac.)
2014 - 2016: STYLING, PHOTOGRAPHY + MARKETING @ Lights For All Occasions
This was a family-owned e-tail outfit brimming with superlatives. From the fabulously generous owners, to the amazingly familial community they built, to partnering with one of my mostest favoritest co-workers of all time, to working with the smartest and most spritely manager/cat influencer/music historian I ever, ever had. And when I say this manager guy is cool af it's also bc those are his initials. (LFAO since sold to a holding company ... you know the drill.)
Catalog work from my earlier years as decorator/designer at Lucks.
2013 - 2015: CAKES @ Madison Park Bakery
A cute li'l shop on the shores of Lake Washington. (Since sold to a supremely fancy baker.)
2000 - 2005: JEWELRY DESIGN @ Facere Jewelry Art
In days of yore, I designed jewelry ... or jewELLery, as I enjoy calling it, in a false British accent. (Facere since downsized, operating through Green Lake Jewelry Works.)
1996 - 2009: instore bakery cake decorator
OMG you don't even want to see these cakes. Gotta start somewhere! Entered at Safeway and exited at QFC (Kroger).
